This 350 sq ft studio apartment has been home for the past two years. Shot by D.C. photographer, Laura Metzler, it captures the essence of my contemporary + eclectic style. A long time collector of vintage, a celebration of design, a collection of textiles from a life changing trip to Morocco, and an appreciation of the architecture of the apartment itself, all informed the decor process. In such a tiny space, you have to edit, which I’ve begrudgingly learned to embrace (the collector in me had to sit this one out). And as much as I’d love to have a house or actual ROOMS someday, there’s no reason why you can’t make even the most intimate of spaces cared for, I’ve decided. I’ve fallen completely in love with this place where I’ve lived on my own for the first time, played, experimented and created art in. I hope you love it as much as I do.
